This compact satchel is a winning blend of style and function. Made of soft, supple suede and vachetta leather, it's trimmed with fringed tassels and gold plated hardware. A top zipper keeps contents secure and a detachable strap provides a second carry option.

Care & Cleaning

Dooney & Bourke’s Suede Bags have been treated for general water repellency. However, when exposed to water for any sustained period of time, some absorption will occur. In this instance a dry cloth should be used to blot excess liquid, then the item should be allowed to finish drying naturally. Once dry, a suede brush should be used to gently lift the nap. Simple surface dirt may be removed from the Suede Bags with the use of a suede brush applied in short even strokes, (alternating direction occasionally) with minimal pressure. Some grime that remains following the aforementioned treatment may be removed or lessened with the use of a soft white eraser used in a gentle circular motion, followed by the light stroke of a suede brush.

No creams, polishes or leather conditioning products should be used on the leather trim and handles. Please note that it is a natural characteristic of Vacchetta leather to darken over time, with use and exposure to light.

Please note: Some consideration should be given when using these handbags during inclement weather. In addition, care should also be taken as to where these particular handbags are stored when not in use. This consideration will keep the soil on the bottom to a minimum and maintain optimal beauty of the handbag.
