How to Check Your Order Status
You can check the status of your ILoveDooney order as soon as it’s placed. 

For Existing Customers: 

• If you have an account that you used to place the order, sign in.
• Click “Orders” on the main menu of your account page.

Guests:

• If you don’t have an account, please track your order here.
  

Payments

What payment methods does ILoveDooney accept?
Currently, we accept the following payment methods for orders on Ilovedooney.com: Credit Cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB), Afterpay, and Klarna.

What is the credit card authorization process?
Once your order is placed, the total amount of your order will be authorized, which may result in a temporary hold on your card for that amount. Your card will be charged when your order ships. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you may be charged separately for each shipment.

NOTE: ILoveDooney reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at any time and provide a refund of any amounts paid.

Sales Tax

How much is sales tax?
State and local tax rates vary by location. Your total tax may be slightly different on your final bill, based on the zip code to where the order is being shipped.
